- Generation of new sales leads via direct customer engagement including live chat handling, targeted web search, cold calling and email campaigning.
- Lead generation, lead qualification, nurturing, and tracking.
Compétences requises
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong listening, presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to do multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts (3 PM to 11 PM) and (11 PM to 7 AM).
